🐴 Basilisk Leads PonyBox into December with 104 Inch Jump 💥

With a Best Jump of 104 inches 🦘 and a jumpoff record of 2,212 wins and only 190 loses, the 17-hand Percheron stallion Basilisk has captured the Best Rank as we enter the final month of 2022. Basilisk is from the 🐮 Old Growth Farms stable, a top-ten-ranked stable that was established in May 2007. He was foaled on October 2, 2022, and by the age of 11, entered the top one hundred rankings.
He very quickly started climbing the ranks, reaching the top 1,000 horses on PonyBox by age 4. By the time he was 6 he was in the top 300 rankings. His 104 inch jump was achieved when he was 14. He reached the top ten on November 29. As he sat in the top spot at age 17, he had 3,676,800 PB in career earnings and his best win streak was 383 consecutive wins.
Basilisk’s records show he was awarded Non-retired Breed Win Streak, All-time World Record Breed Jump, and earned the Non-retired World Record Breed Jump record. He was at Training Level 14, 100% strength and had a year left at Professional Level.
His sire is 82nd generation 😇 Disney’s Angel who climbed to a best rank of 6 and and his dam is 91st generation *MoM Echidna who reached the #5 rank. He has top-ranking horses on both sides of his pedigree including #1 ranked *Glass Angel.
Basilik’s achievements were propelled by Saddle Bags and Diamond Saddles, a Lucky Charm and Diamond Saddle. He also carries Fearless and Speed DNA. Pegasus DNA has been passed down through his pedigree.
As he sat in the top spot he had three unproven two-year-olds on the ground and ready to climb the ranks. 🐮 Old Growth Farm has 6 horses in the top 100, with an impressive number of Percherons waiting to take on jump-off challengers.
