There are so many traditions surrounding the various holidays celebrated in December. One tradition that is part of Christmas in Wales is the visit of Mari Lwyd. The frightening-looking horse effigy tries to sing its way into homes where it then attempts to wreak havoc. This video explores the history of Mari Lwyd and how the tradition lives on.
