Rome to Ban Horse Carriage Rides
 By Winniefield Park   •   26th Dec 2020   •   110 views   •   0 comments

If you want to tour the ancient city of Rome, you won’t be able to take a carriage ride to do it. At a cost of about 120 Euros, tourists have been able to rent the botticelle. But for years, animal activists have been complaining about the working conditions these horses have faced. The decision only affects routes on the city streets, but along with the coronavirus, restricting the carriages to park areas operators are concerned that will bring the trade to an end.
