Yesterday I went to a small schooling show with my horse Violet. It was a jumping show and it was a "jumper jackpot", meaning that if you win the class you win back your entry fee.
The shows are low-key and small and I just treated it like a day to have fun schooling (like when I go to school cross country.) I was in two classes. The first one was 2'6" to 2'9" and the second was 2'9" to 3'. We placed second in our first class and won 18 dollars, but in the second class we had one refusal (I was looking down, my bad) and I don't know how we placed in that one.
