Your saddle looks a little strange in this pic, is it just a normal jumping one? Try and keep your heels down and more at the girth, and release further up your horse's neck.

It's a exercise saddle ha I ride western my dad rides race horses and that saddle is the closest I will ever come to riding english :) and i don't go to a trainer for jumping so i have no form whatsoever going over jumps but i am working on it surely but slowly lol

Neat! Well, without a trainer you should practice over smaller cross-rails first, and really get your two-point down during flatwork before you start jumping at this height. Look up photos and videos of people doing two-point (half-seat) and you'll pick it up easily.

I don't have to wear one if I don't want to. It's not the law. And it's helmet not a hat. Yes I know the consequences people I'm not retarded. If it happens it happens so what still to this day I have not been put in the hospital from riding so I do not need your opinion. I do things the way I do them and I don't have rules around here telling me that I HAVE to do everything the safe way even if it's the best choice. So yes I'm not wearing a helmet of gosh shame on me :)

Gorgeous horse. Sorry if this sounds mean, but you really should wear a hat. You could crack your skull without one, especially jumping. It's much safer for you and your horse wearing one.
