It’s a 50/50 chance, there no guarantee, you just have to breed, ie a Colorado Ranger Horse and a thoroughbred, to have a chance of getting the breed. You’ll have to keep re trying if you don’t get the breed you want, which can always be a bit pricey! :)

I’ve found a lot of people are very kind when it comes to cross breeding. But sometimes I message people asking if they would be willing to give me a breed guarantee. I’ve found most will! Just gotta ask :)
But you have to retire the unwanted foal when you ask for the guarantee
