I would consider the upkeep of your horse and kind of go from there. The going rate around where I live is like $200-300 but it also can depend on the barn your horse is kept at too, like of course high end show barns are gonna be more than like the casual barns.
Are you going to limit the amount of times she rides a week or? Because that's probably more of a half lease which in turn is also less money.

Heyo! So my family actually leases out our ponies as a business and it definitely can be tricky. What I would suggest is considering how much your horse is worth (to sell) and how much risk there is involved with her riding him. Obviously if she's just riding him at the barn the lease should be less than if she's showing. So we've leased out a pony for as much as 600 a month, but the rider was also doing high-impact competitions and work with him. If she's planning on taking over the board/training, then 100$ a month is pretty much the staple. Add or adjust it as you go along though. It's kind of a grey area at times.
