1. About.  This site ("Ponybox.com") is a game simulation and does not reflect real contracts, deals or partnerships between users that are binding in any way.  All transactions, including the sale and purchase of horses and other items, boarding of horses, training of horses or any game play transaction is considered non-binding and holds no value or represents no purpose other than a strategy of play for this site. 


2. Eligibility.  Users under the age of 16 must have their parents or guardians permission to use this site.  By using this site you represent that you have the right and authority to understand and abide by our Terms of Service.


3. Accounts.  Once you have created a username and password, it is your responsibility to keep these secure and unique as to not be easily compromised.  Ponybox.com is not responsible in any way for compromised accounts and is not required to reimburse users of compromised accounts or reinstate their account to a pre-compromised status.


4. Identity and Impersonations.  Users impersonating Ponybox.com, Ponybox.com management, or any governing authority for the purpose of extracting information from users for any use, or to represent false authority is in violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.


5. User Actions.  You will not use profanity or disguise profanity such as using *#@ in replace of letters, threaten members, post copyrighted material or talk about mature subjects. Rude behavior will not be tolerated and may also result in account termination.  


6. Inappropriate Posts.  Ponybox uses manual and/or automated screening processes to review member comments posted on this website.  Ponybox is not responsible for the accidental or intentional publishing of inapproprite material from site members on the site. Ponybox will remove each occurance and take aproppriate action towards the offending member. In severe incidents Ponybox reserves the right to forward the members post and any collected member data to the proper authorites.


7. Spamming.  You will not submit mass messages or use any script, program or robot to submit messages or any action.  You will not engage in advertising, solicitation, or any other form of spamming.  If you receive spam please report it to Ponybox.com management.  Users are allowed to post a link to their personal website in the appropriate forum topic if the website is suitable for all ages.


8. Actions.  Ponybox.com and governing authorities of Ponybox.com have the right to suspend or cancel any free or paid accounts that violate our terms of service.  Ponybox.com is not required to present evidence or justification for our decisions and holds the right to restrict access to any user at any time.


9. Loss of Service.  Ponybox.com is not responsible for the loss of information of user data from system failures, site upgrade errors or any destruction, damage or loss of hardware or media used for the storage of user and site data.  Ponybox.com will attempt to reinstate our services to best of our ability in the case of any site outage.  Ponybox.com can not guarantee the site ("Ponybox.com") and our services will be reinstated at all or will be reinstated without the loss of user data after any of the above mentioned failures.
